SmartClinic version 17 received Stage 1 Complete Ambulatory EHR Certification for Meaningful Use on February 2, 2011 – Certificate #IG-2356-11-0015. This means the SmartClinic software passed the testing criteria for all 25 Meaningful Use measures and all 44 Ambulatory Clinical Quality Measures. Our CMS EHR Certification ID for use in when attesting for Meaningful Use is 30000001TTAGEAS.
SmartClinic users have all the resources necessary to attest for Meaningful Use. Our training and support staff are available to walk you through the process from registration through attestation. We will help you adjust your workflow to meet the criteria and assist you in running your Meaningful Use reports. Providers who meet all the requirements for Meaningful Use can qualify for financial incentives.
SmartClinic – Saves You Money
SmartClinic is one of the most cost effective products on the market today. SmartClinic license fees are typically quoted per workstation for use by an unlimited number of physicians. You pay a one-time fee to license SmartClinic which includes the software, software installation, 2-3 days of onsite training, and one year of maintenance. Maintenance includes 24/7 customer support, additional web training and software updates. After the 1st year, maintenance fees are 15% of the prevailing cost of the software.
In addition, for a limited time, we are willing to accept half our standard software fees from the government incentives you will receive as you become eligible. This assures you that we will help you meet all the criteria set forth by CMS so that we both receive the reimbursements.

SmartClinic – Easy to Learn and Easy to Use
With our single screen design, providers will be producing progress notes within 2 hours of training. Clinical staff will be using the software in under an hour. This includes:
- documentation of the chief complaint/history of present illness
- documentation family/social/past medical history, if applicable
- documentation of review of systems, if applicable
- documentation of vitals
- documentation of physical exam findings
- documentation of assessment/plan for each problem addressed during the encounter
- update of medication list, if applicable
- script writing, if applicable
- review of test results with patient, if applicable
- ordering of new test(s), if applicable
- generation of the progress note, based on the documentation above

SmartClinic usage questions are responded to immediately. If necessary, web-based access can be utilized to demonstrate a particular feature if a simple explanation is not sufficient. In addition, web-based training can be scheduled Monday – Friday.
Production-down issues are typically resolved within 15-30 minutes.
Production-impaired issues are typically resolved within an hour.
Product enhancements are placed in a queue and prioritized. Enhancements are considered based upon the overall benefit to the product and the customer base. If you desire an enhancement on a priority basis, we will quote you a price to add that feature immediately.
